Hamburgers and fries lovers will surely celebrate as the newest Restaurant in town that offers these favorites will open few days from now. Hooray, hooray! SALT Restaurant will make a big difference when it comes to our all time favorite snacks, sliders and fries.

But before anything else, curiosity have hit me once again when I heard SALT. Been wondering where they get it but I have learned from the information provided by the restaurant's staff that there's more important meaning behind it's name. SALT can be interpreted in many different ways. Salt can be a flavorful ingredient we all share and an enriching element that adds significant value to our lives. When people were asked about how life would be without salt, they would say it wouldn't have much taste. That's how the name SALT came to mind.

Launched on April 2014 by 2 food entrepreneurs in UAE, it became very successful and have won the taste of residents and tourists in Emirates which made them landed as the most favorite food truck across UAE. And now that SALT is finally here in Saudi Arabia and they will officially open on April 1, 2017, expect that it will surely step up the game in the market. With numerous restaurants all over the kingdom that serves different kinds of burgers and fries, you may ask what are the things you would really love when you visit SALT? NUMBER 1: PLACE & AMBIENCE

I'll be honest, place is the first thing I have to consider when deciding where to spend time and eat my meal. Simply because I can really enjoy my food and chill at the same time if the place is comfortable enough and if the ambience is pleasant. SALT Restaurant have it all with it's minimal decoration which make it a place to be whenever you want to feel relax while enjoying your time with your family or friends. The restaurant has a pop-up dining concept which has a literal food truck inside where you order and grab your food. But to tell you, SALT is not just a food truck. It's a destination where people can have fun and enjoy dining experience. It took me high when I visited the place and gave me the thought of coming back again.

NUMBER 2: FINEST SLIDERS

Of course, you wouldn't just look for a nice place to eat, you make sure that the money you'll spend for food is really worth it. Well, SALT serves the finest sliders in the Kingdom! But why not burgers? Another interesting fact about Salt is their uniqueness. With hundreds of restaurants in almost every corner of the streets of Saudi Arabia, clever minds can only sustain the competition, thus SALT opted to be peculiar by serving mini hamburgers or what we all know - sliders!

SALT have 3 different sliders: The Original, Chicken Cheetos, and Hook.

These 3 sliders are winners. Make sure to try the HOOK slider which is their bestseller. I don't know how they make the "hook sauce" but it really gives a spectacular taste along with jalapeno. But you wouldn't just settle with Hook slider because Chicken Cheetos is a trendsetter. It's crispy fried chicken with melted cheese which compliments the flamin' hot cheetos and fresh lettuce, a must-try indeed. I have to mention that each slider is served in a butter bun which make the SALT sliders the best! Take a look!

Admit it, it's always a nice dining experience when restaurant's staff are courteous and kind enough to give their most welcoming smiles. For me, hospitality is the one word I could give to someone who would ask how's SALT service. I'm amazed how the staff are very warm in accommodating their customers which I seldom notice when visiting other restaurants. I think that this specific fact will give SALT an edge to better build a long term relationship with their customers. Just to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are worldly known as hospitable people. Keep it up guys!
